At Cobblestone Management we dynamically make changes to address current and future conditions to serve the needs of our clients.  We continue to be fully equipped to conduct your loan review and to support your credit and problem loan management efforts remotely and securely.  We adjusted and spent the time during the pandemic completing both remote and on-site examinations, while complying with applicable state and federal safety guidelines as well as the requirements of our clients.

We continue to provide fully remote credit and underwriting analysis services, as well as credit consulting, due diligence, and commercial real estate stress testing.  We are also currently advising clients on many different loan and credit matters including risk ratings for hardest hit businesses, risk rating migration, and ongoing portfolio credit risk management best practices.  Other related engagements includes (although is not limited to) assisting with processing and underwriting within the SBA PPP loan program.
