Roland K. Bullard II serves as the Chairman of Cobblestone Management, LLC. Mr. Bullard brings strong background in banking which includes credit, sales management, team building and community relations. Mr. Bullard’s background includes breaking new grounds with both credit and non-credit products, including both international and domestic markets. Mr. Bullard has served in leadership positions and mentored several startups ventures. Mr. Bullard has served in several leadership roles most notably as Former Vice Chairman, CoreStates Financial Corp.; President of CoreStates Bank; SEVP and Director of First Fidelity Bancorp; President and CEO of First Fidelity Bank, Philadelphia, responsible for all banking services, among others.

Harry G. Hayman III
Harry G. Hayman III serves as Vice-Chairman of Cobblestone Management, LLC. Mr. Hayman’s expertise encompasses credit policy, international and domestic commercial banking, including export finance, foreign exchange and international services. These products have typically been targeted for small and medium-size businesses. Mr. Hayman has developed, marketed, and sold non-credit products his entire career and is especially experienced with the payment and transfer products required by ISO’s in those businesses. Mr. Hayman’s career leadership roles include several financial institutions most notably former SVP of Metrobank; Managing Director of Commerce Bank; senior positions with PNC Bank and CoreStates Financial Corp. He has also served as vice-chair and CFO of a highly successful healthcare startup.
Sally Bullard, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cobblestone Management, LLC. and a member of the Advisory Council. Ms. Bullard’s many years of experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Executive Director and Loan Officer; and spans multiple industries including community banking, small family business, education, and early stage startups. As a member of the extended management team Ms. Bullard provides day to day leadership on leveraging technology for process improvement in the areas related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Client Engagement, and internal processes. Ms. Bullard is focusing her efforts on implementing new tools to support internal and external facing process improvement initiatives at Cobblestone.
Ms. Bullard previously held senior leadership positions at Philadelphia National Bank and Chemical Bank. Ms. Bullard is very involved with the non-profit sector in roles providing financial management and executive leadership to multiple organizations.
Jim Gertie, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC Advisory Council. Mr. Gertie brings deep banking experience spanning many years in different roles. Mr. Gertie most recently held the position of Chief Credit Officer of TD Bank N.A. Previously, he was Chief Risk Officer at Commerce Bank, after serving as Chief Credit and Risk Officer at Provident Bank. Mr. Gertie held several senior leadership roles across the spectrum of risk oversight, risk management, strategic and enterprise risk at Fleet Boston, BankBoston, and Bank of Boston. Mr. Gertie served as Executive Director responsible for Credit, Debt, and Equity Capital Markets, and is experienced in Commercial and retail lending, Compliance, Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, FX & Derivative trading, Emerging Markets, Stress Testing and Portfolio analysis, to name a few. Prior to working at financial institutions, Mr. Gertie served as a senior Multinational Bank Examiner with the OCC for over 10 years.
Lisa A. Kabnick, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC Advisory Council. Ms. Kabnick brings significant leadership and management experience to the Council as a finance professional, commercial lawyer, and investor. She is currently a Senior Advisor at Pepper Hamilton LLP. She was previously Vice Chair of the Financial Institutions Group of Reed Smith LLP. She began her career with 22 years at Pepper, where she was Chair of the Financial Services Group when she left to join Reed Smith. Ms. Kabnick is also very active as a leader of non-profit organizations and as a bank and REIT director.
Jack Mechem, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC. Advisory Council. Mr. Mechem brings a wealth of experience both in and outside the banking sector. Mr. Mechem served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cape Cod for nearly five years prior to its acquisition. Mr. Mechem serves in the capacity of Advisor for the Vanderbilt Search Group, which he co-founded. Mr. Mechem spent over 30 years with Bank of Boston/BankBoston in multi-disciplinary roles and last served as Senior Vice President of Multinational Banking. Mr. Mechem’s experience spans credit markets, risk management, and strategic planning. Mr. Mechem served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy before joining the banking industry. He has a long history of involvement in community affairs.
Thomas O’Leary, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC. Advisory Council. Mr. O’Leary brings a broad banking experience to the group, which included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Hills Bank (previously Hyde Park Savings Bank) which specializes in retail and commercial deposit and loan products in several communities in Eastern Massachusetts. Previously, Mr. O’Leary was Executive Vice President at Citizens Bank where he oversaw Specialized Banking and Middle Market Lending Groups for nearly a decade. At Citizens Bank Mr. O’Leary covered multiple industries such as Energy, Non-Profit-Healthcare, Private Equity, and Publishing among others. Mr. O’Leary also served as Division Executive at Bank of Boston overseeing the Global Energy market. At Bank of Boston he also held numerous credit positions, including Group Senior Credit Officer, Global Financial Services. He is very active in community and non-profit affairs.
Frederick “Ted” C. Peters II
Frederick “Ted” C. Peters II, is a member of Cobblestone Management LLC. Advisory Council. Mr. Peters also serves as Chairman and CEO of Bluestone Financial Institutions Group. Previously, Mr. Peters served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company. Prior to joining Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, Mr. Peters founded and served as the CEO of two community banks. During his banking career, he originated and closed nine acquisitions in the banking and wealth spaces.
Mr. Peters also serves as the lead Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Paycom Software Inc., a NYSE listed company. Mr. Peters served on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and chaired the Audit Committee of that Bank for two years and concurrently served on the Committee of Federal Reserve Audit Chairs in Washington, D.C. In addition, he has served on numerous nonprofit, educational, and trade association boards over his career.
Albert R. Rietheimer
Al Rietheimer, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC Advisory Council. Mr. Rietheimer brings significant experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting Policy, Treasury, Regulatory Risk/Compliance, Internal Audit, Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management. Al most recently served as EVP and CFO/Treasurer of Cambridge Bancorp for 12 years. Prior to that he was CFO/Treasurer of Bancorp Rhode Island and NFS Financial Corporation, and CFO of Boston Private Bancorp. Very active in industry affairs, Al has served in a number of national positions, including National Chairman of the Financial Managers Society(FMS). He began his career with Peat Marwick/KPMG.
Joe Roller, is a member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC. Advisory Council. Mr. Roller has a wide ranging background in the financial services industry, both domestic and international. He has experience in lending and non-credit services including cash management, trade services, and wealth management.
Mr. Roller served as Chairman, President and CEO of Cambridge Trust Company. Prior to that he held management positions at BayBanks and USTrust in Boston and Irving Trust Company in New York. Mr. Roller has been an active supporter and leader in the Greater Boston non-profit sector.
Tim Telman, is an executive member of the Cobblestone Management, LLC Advisory Council. Mr. Telman has over thirty years of experience in the financial industry and has exceptional skills in risk management, company creation, corporate structuring, capital raising and capital preservation. After 18 months of preparation, Tim founded and opened Bank of Cape Cod in 2004. He served as CEO until it was acquired by Rockland Trust in 2016, having grown from $12M in assets when it opened to over $260M at the time of the sale. Telman previously worked at Bank of Boston and Bank of New England holding key relationship manager and loan officer development roles. He also is a board member of Sturgis Charter Public School and the National Association of Mental Illness of Cape Cod.
